We are delighted to be offering a local delivery service for customers in central Scottish Borders. The first delivery date is Monday 29th November 2021 and the final date is Friday 17th December 2021, deliveries are Monday-Friday. Your tree will be delivered within three days from your order unless you have specified a date (within the delivery period and not less than three days from your order). If you will not be at home to take delivery please leave us a note on the confirmation page to let us know where to leave your items.
If you are not happy with your tree let us know as soon as possible. If you contact us within 48 hours of taking delivery of your tree (and if there is a genuine issue) we will endeavour to replace the tree at the next available delivery slot.
Trees cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example in the event they are faulty or damaged.
The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to plants.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) but are exclusive of delivery charges. All Goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change any price after you place an order but should we do so, we will inform you before we process your order and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order. Where Goods are discontinued or cannot for some reason be delivered we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you of this and to suggest an alternative item similar to the one ordered or we may have to cancel your order. Where this is part of a larger order, we will process and dispatch the available Goods to you in the normal manner. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling.

COVID-19 has thrown a curve ball at almost every business but we’re determined to maintain our high standards of service while ensuring the safety of our staff and you, our customers.
Government advice and guidelines are changing all the time so we’ll be reviewing our processes at regular intervals to ensure we all keep safe.
Social distancing will still be important but we have also come up with a solution for contactless delivery, so we can continue to deliver Christmas Trees and accessories to those, who for whatever reason, are having to isolate.
So never fear Christmas 2021 is going to be great! We’ll make sure of it.
